Volkswagen Rear Assist Radio Campaign
This radio campaign for the Volkswagen Rear Assists sells the benefit of the rear view camera describing footage as in a blockbuster cinema trailer, announcing as bold as possible what's coming soon… Applauded by the Ramses Radio Award jury we were awarded with silver.
VW Amarok campaign for Hunters, Riders and Farmers
In 2010 Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles launched their first Pickup truck, the Amarok. Perfectly suited for hunters, riders, farmers and wine-growers alike, its traction, all-wheel drive, cargo area and comfortable interior make it the ideal partner even in the roughest terrain. For Germany we were asked to promote it for hunters first. The answer was a specifically crafted campaign tailored to feature the Amarok in our target group's most desired territory: the forest.
We teamed up the Amarok with Chris Balke, professional hunter and Germany's only full-time bloodhound handler. He test-drove the Amarok under real hunting conditions and put it through its paces. We accompanied him on the shoot in Herzogtum Lauenburg, going cross country while Chris was giving us insights into his everyday life as a professional hunter. From this material we developed webisodes for a webspecial supported by various marketing initiatives such as hunter direct mailings (using only hunter's vocabulary self speaking), brochures, ads and advertorials in special interest magazines.
